I am a Teacher of Students with Disabilities at a public school district in New Jersey. I have been teaching special education for 20 years. The past 10 years I have been teaching the language/learning disability (LLD). LLD is a disorder that may affect the comprehension and use of spoken or written language. I am currently an Education Doctoral student at Monmouth University. As a EdD student at MU, the focus of my dissertation study is about incorporating social-emotional learning (SEL).
